vs.
THE HEIRS AT LAW OF ARTHUR JONES
The complainant JOHN McKIM JR., having filed his bill returnable to this term
to complete a ____; and it being represented that DANIEL JONES, on of the
Heirs at Law of ARTHUR JONES is not a resident of this state.
It is therefore ordered that four weeks notice be given in the Norfolk Ledger
and Edenton Gazette to the said DANIEL JONES, as well as any other Heirs at
Law of the said ARTHUR JONES, that they jointly or severally file their answer
at the next Court of Equity, to be held for Pasquotank on the third Monday of
September next, or the complainant's bill will be taken pro confesso and a
decree entered accordingly.
