Augustine Wright gives brother John 120 acres 1732
Know all man by these presents that I Augustine Wright of Pasquotank Precinct in North Carolina
for ? and causes and consider ? we have to money and now especially for the natural love and
affection I have unto my brother John. I now give unto the said John Wright one hundred and
twenty acres of land situated lying and being in the said precinct and now in his possession
joining on the lands of John Torskey’s line from the great Pacasan at the corner and of my land
being at the southeast end. The which land fell to me by my fathers death being heir at law.
Which land I give to him the said John Wright to him and his heirs forever.
Witnesseth my hand and seal this 11th of July 1732 and in the 5th year of our laws. Less it lying
the seconded of Great Britain defenders of the faith.
