DBK J Pages 354-355 John Casse Deed Gift to John Casse Jr. State of North Carolina Pasquotank Co. } January ye tenth day in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eight Four. This Indenture the day and year written Between John Casse Seaman of the Afsd. County of the one part and John Casse Jun, the son of the said John Casse of the other part Witnesseth that the said John Casse as well for and in consideration of the natural Love and Effection which he hath and beareth unto the said John Casse his son and also for the maintenance and perfirment of the said John Casse hath given granted alien ensuoss(?) and confirm and by these presents doth give grant alien enseoss(?) and confirm unto the said John Casse all that Messuage(?) and tenement of Land that I bout of John Loues also half the Land that I bot of Jermiah Murden Which is thirty ackers with all and singular its appertanances and all houses out houses Land and the reversion and Reversions remainder and remainders rents and services of that said premises and all the estate right totel Interest property claim and demand whatsoever of him the said John Casse of in and to the said Messuage or tenement Land and premises and of in and to every part and parcel thereof with the appertinances and all Deeds ordenences and writings conserning the premises only now in the hands or Custody of the said John Casse or which human get or come by without suit in Law To have and to Hold the said messuage (?) or tenement Lands and premises herby given and granted or mentioned or intended to be given and granted unto the said John Casse his heirs and assigns to the only proper use and behoof of him the said John Casse his heirs and assigns forever the said John Casse for himself his heirs Executors and administrators Doth Covenant and grant to and with the said John Casse his heirs and assigns shall and Lawfully may from hence forth forever hereafter peacibly and Quietly have hold occupy possess and injoy the said Messuage tenement Lands heridiaments and premises herby given and granted or mintioned or intended so to be with their appertenances free clear and discharged of and from all former and other gifts grants bargains and sales froffments(?) jointures dowers estates entails rent rents charges arranges of rents and of and from all other titles troubles charges and incumbrances whatsoever had maid commited done or suffered or to be had maid commited done or suffered by him the John Casse his heirs Executors or administrators or any other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim by from or under him them or any or either of them.
