Carey Marie Le Sieur, 50, of Salvo, died at Outer Banks Hospital on Thursday, Aug. 30, 2007. A memorial service was held at St. Andrews By The Sea Epsicopal Church on Monday. Twiford's Funeral Home, Manteo, is in charge of arrangements.
