Charlie Wayne DOUGLAS, Jr.

MOYOCK, NC -Charlie Wayne DOUGLAS, JR., 4-year- old son of Mr. Charlie Wayne 
and Mrs. Brenda Fay MILLER DOUGLAS, SR. of Moyock, was dead on arrival of 
Albemarle Hospital Sunday night at 10:15. He had been sick since January 1975. 
He was born in Elizabeth City and lived in Moyock all his life. Besides his parents, 
Mr. Charlie Wayne and Mrs. Brenda Fay MILLER DOUGLAS, SR. he was survived 
by a sister, Miss April Fay DOUGLAS of Moyock, Maternal grandparents Mr. Robert 
Lee and Mrs. Doris Estelle GRIMSTEAD MILLER, SR. of Moyock. Paternal 
grandparents Mr. James Horace and Mrs. Missouri Lucille SAWYER DOUGLAS, SR. 
of Bells Isle. Maternal great-grandparents Mr. Martin Napolean and Mrs. Annie 
Elizabeth MURPH GRIMSTEAD of Virginia Beach. Maternal great-grandmother Mrs. 
Ruth Ann DUDLEY MILLER of Gibbs Woods. Paternal great- grandmother Mrs. 
Sarah Elizabeth "Lizzie" HARRIS DOUGLAS of Engelhard. Funeral services will be 
conducted Tuesday at 2p.m. in Twiford Memorial Chapel by Rev. Brian TIFFANY 
Pastor of Moyock Baptist Church. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery.
