Tisha Devonia Turner, 36, of 313 Salem Drive, Elizabeth City, N.C., died 
at Albemarle Hospital, Thursday, Sept. 6, 2007. 
A funeral service will be held at Memorial Missionary Baptist Church, 
Elizabeth City, N.C., Sunday at 1:30 p.m. with Dr. Roosevelt Askew as 
pastor, the Rev. John W. Felton as the eulogist and the Rev. Elwood Davis
presiding. 
Burial will be in New Oak Grove Cemetery, Elizabeth City, N.C. 
A viewing will be today from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The 
family will receive friends at the home of her mother at 504 Salem Drive, 
Elizabeth City, N.C. Stallings Funeral Home, Elizabeth City, N.C. is in 
charge of arrangements. 
Mrs. Turner was the daughter of Benjamin Hardy of Raleigh, N.C. and Lena 
Mae Turner of Elizabeth City, N.C. Other survivors include one son, 
Javonte Turner of the home; one sister, Barbara Spellman of Florida; and 
two brothers, Anthony Turner and wife, Kenya, and Javon Turner both of 
Elizabeth City, N.C.
