Verlie Mae Smith, 60, of Littleton, N.C. died at her residence Monday, Sept. 3, 2007. A funeral service will be held at Robinson Funeral Home Saturday at 1 p.m. Hunter's Funeral Home, Inc. in Ahoskie is in charge of arrangements.
