Will of Frederick Casey







In the name of God Amen I Frederick Casey of county of pasquotank being sick but of sound memory nowing(knowing) the Railty(reality) of Nature do make this my last will & Testament in first place I commend My Soul to God & my body to its mother dust to be buried in a Christian manner & all my just Debts to be paid In first Place I give & bequeath unto my beloved Brother Thomas Casey all my Land whare on now live to Him & his heirs for Ever & all my right or title in all the land that I have rented until the time is expired with his paying all my just debts & to receive all debts due to me also I give unto my sister Bethear(?) one feather Bed & fumatur and one cow also I give unto my sister Monah one feather Bed & fumature & one cow also I give unto my Brother Isaac Casey one cow— also I give unto my Brother Thos. Casey all the rest of my property in doors & without Possbaly & Impossbaly---- Leaving my Brother Thos. Casey whole & Soul Exec-to this my last will & testament revoking & disannulling all wills mad (made) by me before In witness whareon I do hear unto set my hand & seal this 10th March 1834 Frederick Casey[seal] Test (?)
