Will of Willis Casey







In the name of God Amen I Willis Casey of Pasquotank County state of North Carolina being of sound mind and memory do make and ordain this to be my last will and Testament in manner and form following to wit. I give and bequeath all my land and plantation whereon I now live to my two sons James Casey and Willis Casey to Be divided as follows Beginning at the swamp line and Running up Lanssat(?) Branch then through the plantation to a marked Black Gum a direct course to my Back line the southermoust part to my sons James Casey and the northermoust part to my sons Willis Casey---- I give to my grand Daughter Mary Casey one Trunk which she has received---- I give to my four grand Children viz Micajah Chancey, Elizabeth Relfe William Relfe and William Harvey Casey four feather Beds and some furniture to Be "Esquiraly" divided amoung them. I also give and Bequath to my Two sons James Casey and Willis Casey all of my negro's and all of the Remaining part of my property Besides what I have given to my other heirs above mentioned Both in doors and out doors to be eaquelly divided between them, Furthermour I do nominate constitute and appoint my Two son viz James Casey and Willis Casey to be the Executors afor- this my last will and Testament heareby disanalling and Revoking all former Wills and Bequaths by me----- Heartofour made in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26 day ofDecmber 1824 Willis Casse[seal] Witness Harvey Casse Jurats Arthur Casse
