Pasquotank County, North Carolina In the name of God, Amen. I Willis Casey being of sound mind & memory, knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, do make & declare this "_______"to be my last Will and Testaments. 1st. I desire my administer to pay all of my just debts. 2nd. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Casey. all of my property of every kind,Real, personal & "miret" for and during the term of her natural life. 3rd. I give & bequeath to my son Willis Erond Casey & his heirs all of my Real Estate lying on the West side of the land that runs in front of my residence, & should he die without issue then at his death the said land & property is to go to my daughter Margaret lves, wife of Patrick Ives. 4.I give & bequeath to Margart lves"& her heirs, the balance of my Real Estate lying on the East side of said land & in case she dies, without issue this said land is to go to said Willis Erond Casey my son & his heirs Should both die without issue then I give and bequeath all of my land or other property in C_____to Eula West & Ora(?) Baily the daughter respectively of Lycrigus West and James E. Baily. Air of my present property after the death of my wife I give & bequeath to Willis Erond my son, as he is with me now working to support me. Willis "x" Casey Witness by us at the request of the Testator in his presence of each other the 27 day of April, 1891 Maurice Wescott James E.
