                   COURT DECREED SALE
   NOTICE, on Tuesday, the 7th of June next, will be sold, at Elizabeth City, 
by virtue of a decree of the Court of Chancery for Chowan County, at last 
April Term, a Tract of land in Pasquotank County, belonging to CHARLES W. 
HARVEY, which he purchased of JOSEPH HARVEY; and also another Tract of Land, 
in the said County, belonging to the said CHARLES W. HARVEY, which he 
purchased of WILLIAM STOTT . -- Six, twelve and eighteen months credit will be 
given, the purhaser giving bonds with two or more good and sufficient 
securities.
